At the same time, I tailor each session to the individual—your pace, your goals, and what actually resonates—so the work feels personal, collaborative, and meaningful rather than one-size-fits-all.
Couples
I offer couples therapy in-person, creating a supportive space where both partners feel seen and understood. My work integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS) and the Gottman Method, helping you explore the deeper patterns within yourselves while also building practical skills for communication, conflict, and connection. Each relationship is different, so I tailor the work to your unique dynamic—moving at a pace that feels right and focusing on what will actually support growth, repair, and a stronger, more secure bond.
Families
I offer family therapy in-person, creating a space where each member feels heard while also strengthening the system as a whole. My work is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), helping families understand the different roles and parts that show up in relationships, while fostering more compassion and clarity between one another. I tailor the process to each family’s unique dynamic, focusing on improving communication, navigating conflict, and supporting more connected, supportive relationships at a pace that feels manageable for everyone involved.
